instituted among Men, to alter
Safety and Happiness. ​

mankind are disposed to suffer, 
evils
themselves they are accustomed 
to Despotism, 
Future sufferance repeated 
in candid 
Refused and forbidden 
Representation in the Legislature, 

bodies dissolved
with manly firmness his invasions
remaining from convulsions 

Endeavored to prevent, 
Justice, by refusing power.
his Will alone, 
sent to harass peace, 
independent jurisdiction 

unacknowledged bodies
For Murders
cutting off our parts
imposing on us 
Depriving us of the benefits, 
of the free system

War has...
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign,
begun. 
executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves

insurrections
Oppressions marked, by
the ties of the
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
in General Congress,
Assembled,
by Authority
political connection
And divine Honor.
